Mission Sunday
Join us this Sunday, May 19th @ 9:29 or 11:01 AM for special guest Jonny Moore, missionary from Asia. We are thrilled to learn about what is happening there and how we can help him in his endeavors to reach the lost for Christ. Genesis will be partnering with Jonny on future missions trips and projects, so don’t miss this!

Blood Drive
We are hosting a blood drive with the Southeastern Community Blood Center this Sunday, May 19th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Please make plans to donate blood! You will save up to three lives with every donation and donors will receive a $10 Gift Card.

Dream Team
Our Dream Teams are made up of amazing people who love to serve God and others, but there is one thing missing…YOU! To find out more about joining a Dream Team, fill out the attached Connect Card or stop by Guest Services! We are looking for new team members to join Media, Worship, First Impressions, Students, and Kidsville! Sign up on Sunday at Guest Services!

Kidsville FX
Parents please mark your calendar now for the Orange Explosion we call FX on Sunday, June 2^nd, doors open at 6 PM. FX is a night of worship and teaching for the whole family. Parents will get a glimpse into the orange curriculum and everyone will enjoy a full production that will help your child grow in their faith! Don’t miss this electric night!

Diverge Prom
Calling all students 6^th to 12^th grade!! Diverge will be hosting their annual DSM Prom night, on Friday, May 24^th @ 7 PM at Genesis Church. This year’s theme is Sunset Beach. Make plans to attend this special night planned just for you! For more information email justin@genesischurch.tv.

Mother’s Day
Don’t forget that this Sunday is Mother’s Day! Pick out the perfect card and gift this week and make plans to celebrate with your MOM at Genesis Church at 929 or 1101 AM. It is going to be a wonderful day and we can’t wait to see you there.

The Growth Track serves as an introduction to our church family. It clearly explains who we are, what we believe, and how you can get involved by becoming a fully devoted follower of Christ. Woman’s Pregnancy Center Supply Drive
The deadline to drop off supplies for the Women’s Pregnancy Center is this Sunday, May 12^th. The WPC provides counseling & supplies to new mothers in need. Please bring diapers, baby toiletries (diaper cream, shampoo, soap, lotion etc.) and like-new maternity clothes. Drop off your donation on Sunday at Guest Services.

Community Groups
We had a wonderful Spring Semester and are wrapping things up for the summer. Community Group leaders will be meeting over the summer to prepare for the Fall semester. If you are interested in becoming a leader/apprentice of a CG please email lisa@genesischurch.tv. We will open up CG sign ups for the fall in August.

First Wednesday
Join us on Wednesday, May 1st @ 7PM for our First Wednesday service. It will be an awesome time of worship, prayer, communion, and teaching. Kidsville will be in full effect! Don’t miss it! Special Birthday celebration to follow for Pastor Scott to follow!

Salary Sunday
On Sunday, May 5th Genesis will set out to meet the goal of bringing two part-time staffers on full-time. Jerad Collier will be brought on to do Worship & Discipleship/Counseling and Jared Young will be brought on to do Media Production. These guys fill vital roles so please pray about how you can help us reach this goal! Sunday, May 5th @ 9.29 or 11.01 AM.

10^th Anniversary Celebration
We are thrilled to celebrate our 10th Anniversary this Sunday, April 28th!! Please make plans to join us at Genesis Church (4070 Mission Road) at 9:29 or 11:01 AM. It is going to be an awesome time of worship, teaching, and reflection on the past ten years of ministry! This week help us get the word out on FB and Twitter! This will be a great day to invite friends and family since the church will be packed with new and old faces.

Anniversary Kick Ball Tournament & Pot Luck
Join us Sunday afternoon for a Potluck and Kickball Tournament at Tom Brown Park (Pavilion 13) from 4PM -7PM. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share. Please make sure it is in a disposable dish and that you bring a disposable utensil to serve it with. Genesis will provide hotdogs, beverages, and chips. We will see you there!

10^th Anniversary Celebration – Kick Ball & Pot Luck
Mark your calendar for Sunday, April 28^th from 4-7pm for a church wide potluck and kickball tournament. At Tom Brown Park – Pavilion 13th. Please sign up at Guest Services on Sunday if you would like to play kickball and/or bring a side dish. Deadline to sign up to play kickball is Sunday April 21^st. Must be 13 years or older to play. Ages 8-12 may play if a parent is playing.
