Diverge is an unconventional, growing Student Ministry geared to reach teens for Christ through relationships!  Diverge teaches junior high and high school students every Tuesday Night @ 7 – 8:30 PM @ Genesis Church (4070 Mission Rd).  Our goal is to help teens develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and inspire them to impact their worlds, locally and globally.  Tuesday Night Live is definitely an experience!  Using unconventional methods, Diverge relates to student culture.  We embrace their likes and desires ~ using technology, lighting, viral videos, interactive team games and relevant Biblical messages.  Diverge will help students to “depart from the norm” of culture driven pressure and become uncompromising followers of Christ.  Don’t miss out on what’s happening @ Diverge!

THE MISSION

Our youth ministry exists to reach non-believing students, to connect them with other Christians and to help them find genuine faith in Jesus Christ. We are here to challenge growing believers to deepen their walk with Christ, discover their purpose in ministry and show them how to honor God with their lives and to have fun along the way.

Using the Orange Model, Students will learn these 3 basic principles before they graduate from Diverge…
1. I am created to pursue an authentic relationship with my Creator.
2. I belong to Jesus Christ and define who I am by what He says.
3. I exist every day to demonstrate God’s love to a broken world.
