CHANGE:
Life is always changing, and we know change is necessary for our continual growth and discipleship. We are convinced how we do church must change with the culture in order to reveal the relevance of God’s word. We must always be growing in ministry excellence to be effective in the real world. Methods will constantly change, but the message of Christ stays the same!
PASSION:
God is never boring, and church shouldn’t be either! We believe in living a life of wholehearted worship to God in everything we do. We want church to be full of the life, love, and passion of His presence! We want God’s passion to drive us to live life His way, everyday! Our worship experiences reflect our passion for God, and His passion for us!
PRAYER:
Prayer is a connection key in every relationship. It strengthens our relationship with God and one another. At Genesis, we believe in praying together, in order that we might hear and know God’s voice and leading in our individual lives, as well as our church family. We know fervent, effective prayer produces much in life!
RELATIONSHIP:
Life is lived in relationship! We are committed to building healthy and loving relationships at Genesis with God and each other. People matter to God, and they matter to us – believer and unbeliever alike – we love people at GENESISCHURCH.TV! We understand our relationship with Christ is personal not private, and we are called to live life together in honesty, authenticity, and transparency.
SERVICE:
Greatness in life comes through serving and loving others. We know life is about serving others, not ourselves. God has shaped each of us in specific ways with natural and supernatural gifts to serve Him and expand His kingdom. At Genesis, we are not spectators – we are servants!
SHARING:
Making Christ known is our purpose in life! At Genesis, we believe in sharing the love of Christ in small and big ways! We’ll do anything short of sin to give Christ away to those who are searching, seeking, and asking life-questions! Our one desire is to share Christ at all times in all things!
